Yet again....i find myself 'struggling' to find something new to say this 'season'
think i will start by saying 'team work' because that was what it was today...pure working for your team...
...each and everyone 'came to the party' today.
always going to be a 'tough' fixture with our friends from Toton...after they put 4 away last week...Nick and i asked you to relax and play your 'football'

....even on hand to 'mop up' when we 'found' ourselves up-against pressure.

Defencive 'duties' once again 'fell' to our 'tried and trusted partnership.
Lucy M and Ellie Both really working well of each other..'dropping' off when there partner...is defending the ball...lovely to see both of you 'friends' working so well with your Goal-keeper..
Midfield 'handled' effectivley to from the 'start' by Holly,Katie and Abbey..with Ella 'mixing' in when required to make the 'middle' of the park ours..
Holly some 'lovely' skill on the ball today..and with your ever dangeours run's...and 'delivery' we will be 'knocked' on many a score board..Katie..'strong' as ever...with some 'tough' opposition out there..comendable..getting back up..
and pushing the 'ball' forwards....Abbey...very pleased to have you back on 'form' thanks to a 'chat' with our Mr Read..at training..you 'relaxed' and 'delivered' the 1st half belonged to you mate..with a 'smashing' strike on 'goal'..which Nick had promised me was 'in-there' somewhere.
Ella.. firstly your 'overall' attitude to you game..and with you 'starting' on the Bench for us...is 'superb' no questions...you get yourself out there and 'support' your 'team mates'
and with a 'few' more Weelabix' you will continue to 'develop'
Elshia.. again 'attitude' is key to your 'game' rotating you today with some 'wing play' and up-front....you 'work-rate' is always on the 'money'....your a 'asset' to us.
finally Elise didn't find chance to give you a run out today...but your 'training' is impressive and your 'character' coming to support your team..is well appreciated by all of us..
So we 'grab' what i will see as a 'vital' point today..they where always going to be 'tough'
but you showed 'character' and belief....with Abbey 'dropping' back onto 'form'
i cannot wait untill next weekend.
